TravelBucks Platinum is a membership service offered by Casablanca Express. TravelBucks members have exclusive access to our knowledgeable TravelBucks agents for assistance with planning and booking their personal travel. The TravelBucks Platinum member rewards program allows members to earn TravelBucks that can be used to book travel with us.

Member Booking Access And Concierge Travel Planning Assistance

TravelBucks agents have hundreds of thousands of vacation options for hotel stays, cruises, vacation packages, tour packages, activities, sightseeing tours, show tickets, theme park tickets, transfers, transportation, rental cars, and more. TravelBucks agents also provide concierge-level service to members and are available to make recommendations custom tailored to the member’s personal preferences and budget. Members can make a quick call to a TravelBucks agent to book a hotel stay for a night, check on the best cruise deals, or book an air/hotel package for a quick getaway when members need help researching, planning, and booking complex vacations with multiple destinations, tour packages, transfers, activities, sightseeing tours, flights, hotels, and/or rental cars, TravelBucks agents will help plan every detail and help the member every step of the way.

Using TravelBucks To Book Travel

Members can use Platinum and Bonus TravelBucks to reduce the price of travel services when they book through a TravelBucks agent. TravelBucks are redeemed at a rate of one Travelbuck per US dollar. Members can use their TravelBucks whenever they want, or they can choose to save them. In most cases, members have the option to pay for an entire booking using TravelBucks if they have enough TravelBucks in their account. However, some travel suppliers have policies that limit the amount of rewards that can be applied to bookings with them and TravelBucks agents must comply with their policies.

Platinum TravelBucks

50 Platinum TravelBucks are added to the member account upon signing up for a new member account and paying the first monthly membership fee. Each month thereafter, 50 Platinum TravelBucks are added to the member account on the membership renewal date upon successful payment of the monthly membership fee. As soon as Platinum TravelBucks are added to the member account, they can be used for a booking with a TravelBucks agent.

Member Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Members can make a booking inquiry via phone or email. TravelBucks agents will provide a written quote including a complete itinerary, cancellation policy, price details, and payment details via email. Once members approve the written quote the TravelBucks agent will proceed with booking the trip per the quote. Quotes are not guaranteed, however, TravelBucks agents will make every effort to secure the booking at the price quoted. Price and availability changes do happen and if for any reason the agent is unable to secure some or all the components of the itinerary quoted, they will reach out to you before proceeding further. As TravelBucks agents are not currently available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, the cancellation policies of the travel supplier may be modified to times and days within normal business hours to assure that an agent is available to receive the cancellation request and has ample time to complete the cancellation.

TravelBucks is not a Discount Travel Program

TravelBucks prices are quoted based on the lowest available online public rate through the travel provider or one of a select group of third-party online travel agencies. Rates shown by third-party websites that Casablanca Express has not previously vetted and found to be reliable and/or authentic will not be considered in determining the lowest available online public rate.

Monthly Membership Fee Payments

To become a member using the online signup form, you must consent to recurring monthly membership fee payments. All membership fee payments are nonrefundable. Your membership renewal date will be exactly one month from the date you join. You will be automatically charged the monthly membership fee every month thereafter on your membership renewal date.

Cancelling The Automatic Recurring Monthly Charges

You may cancel automatic recurring monthly charges at any time through your online account or by calling a TravelBucks agent. When you cancel automatic recurring monthly charges, your account will remain active until the end of your next membership renewal date. On the day after your next membership renewal date, your account will be deactivated.

Accounts De-Activated for Non-Payment

Your account will be deactivated if the monthly membership fee is not paid on the membership renewal date. You will be able to re-activate for one month by paying the monthly membership fee. If you re-activate within a month, there will be no changes to your account terms, all unused TravelBucks (both Bonus and Platinum) will be reinstated to your account, you will receive Bonus TravelBucks for any future trips that had been previously booked, your monthly fee payment date and the amount will remain the same, and there will be no fees or penalties charged. If you do not re-activate your account within one month, your account will be closed.

Accounts Closed Because They Were Not Re-Activated Within A Month

Once your account is closed, all Bonus TravelBucks whether available or pending will be lost permanently. Available Platinum TravelBucks will remain on file and can be reinstated in the future. In order to reinstate your available Platinum TravelBucks you must create a new TravelBucks membership account subject to the terms of TravelBucks accounts that are available to new members. Once your new TravelBucks account is created, you can call a TravelBucks agent to transfer the Platinum TravelBucks on file from your closed account to your new account. When you transfer Platinum TravelBucks to a new TravelBucks, they will be subject to the account terms of the new account.
